1. The service

Sugar Daddy Adelaide provides an online platform where adults in Adelaide and Greater Adelaide create profiles, discover other members and communicate privately. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older. We verify age-related signals and remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
• You must provide accurate registration information and may hold only one account.
• You must not be convicted of, or registered for, offences involving violence, fraud or sexual misconduct where law permits us to exclude you.

3. What this platform is not

Sugar Daddy Adelaide is a dating service. We prohibit, and remove accounts engaged in:

• Escort services, solicitation, or any offer or request of intimacy in exchange for money or goods;
• Scams of any kind — including requests for money, gift cards, "verification fees" or financial information;
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or non-consensual sharing of images;
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or commercial promotion of any kind.

Relationships and connections that develop between consenting adult members are private matters, conducted at their own discretion and within the law. The platform is not a party to any plans between members and provides no guarantees about other members' conduct.

4. Your responsibilities

• Treat members with respect; honour stated boundaries immediately.
• Keep first meetings in public places and follow the guidance in our safety guide.
• Never send money or financial details to another member, in either direction.
• Do not screenshot, republish or share other members' photos or messages outside the platform.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of your photos and text. You grant us a limited licence to display them within the service to other members per your privacy settings. You confirm you have the right to post everything you upload, and that photos show you and not someone else.

6. Verification & moderation

Photo verification compares a live gesture photo against profile pictures. Verification confirms photos match a real person at a point in time; it is not a background check and not an endorsement. We moderate proactively and on report, and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect the community.

7. Premium membership

Paid features are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected — where a service has a major failure you are entitled to the remedies the law provides.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not conduct criminal background checks and do not warrant the identity, intentions or conduct of members. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or its cost. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice where safety requires it. Provisions on privacy, content and liability survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of South Australia.
